Welcome to the Southeastern Connecticut Radio Amateur Mobile System. An Amateur Radio club dedicated to furthering communications  in Southeastern, CT. by the use of VHF/UHF radio repeaters.  We utilize our repeaters to provide communications for local non profit organizations and groups.  The repeaters are also used in times of emergencies and disasters to support communications with State and Local Offices of Emergency Management. Our goal is to provide 100% reliable repeater operation for Southeastern Connecticut. Our repeaters are open to all licensed Amateur Radio operators.

Area Amateur Radio Special Event Museum Ships Weekend 2018

Area amateur radio operators (Hams) will be participating in the Museum Ships Weekend Radio Special Event sponsored by the Battle Ship New Jersey Amateur Radio Club.  During the event Operators will operate radios on the grounds of the Submarine Force Library and Museum on Crystal Lake Road in Groton.  Over 100 museums from 25 states and 14 countries are registered for the event which takes place during normal museum hours (9:00 AM until 5:00 PM) Saturday June 2nd and Sunday June 3rd.  The event allows Hams worldwide to communicate with and operate radios from museum ships and memorials worldwide.  All licensed amateur radio operators are invited and welcome to participate, with or without their own equipment.  The public is encouraged to check out the amateur radio operations and stations.  Special events such as these allow amateur radio operators to enjoy their hobby, hone their skills, and practice emergency communication operations which they use in support of their communities, when requested by local officials.  More information on the event can be found at  www.nj2bb.org

The New Kenwood TKR-750 VHF repeater has been installed at the Groton Site on 03/21/17.
It is configured to run full TSQL in enc/dec with a pl tone of 156.7. 

The 53.71 Six Meter repeater and the 223.96 repeater have been taken out of service on 3/21/17.
