The CSP have completed their rebanding. In essence what they have done is just move all their frequencis down 15 MHz. You can get the list of the frequency changes at Radioreference.com. So if you were wondering why you stopped hearing them that's the reason. I was able to just program the new frequencies into my Pro 96 and now I can hear them again. You also have to reprogram the chip in your scanner for rebanding. This way the scanner will identify the correct frequency to shift to when signal is recieved on the control channel. Most scanner software programs now offer the ability to do this when you set the type of system you are monitoring.

You can find more information on this topic on the Radioreference website along with the ability to directly download frequency databases into your scanner programming software. This is the best way to program the new trunking systems.
